- PAN card details are not required for purchasing imitation jewellery under Indian law.
5. Shipping & Delivery

- Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout but may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.
- Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, but only for products whose product description clearly states that they are ‘Returnable’ or ‘Exchangeable’.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customised or personalised items are non-returnable.

- “Toshaka” and “Toshaka Jewellers” are registered trademarks owned by Mayank Kumawat.
- All logos, designs, product images, and related branding are the intellectual property of Toshaka Jewellers.
