At Toshaka Jewellers, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our dispatch timelines, delivery procedures, charges, and claim process so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.

By placing an order on www.toshakajewellers.com (“Platform”), you agree to the terms outlined below, which should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We provide delivery across India and to many countries worldwide, based on the service coverage of our trusted courier partners.
  • All orders are shipped via trusted delivery partners, selected based on serviceability to the delivery location.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Domestic (India)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days from dispatch.
  • Remote locations, adverse weather, strikes, or logistical constraints may extend delivery by 1–2 additional days.

International

  • Estimated delivery: 15 working days from dispatch (T+15 schedule).

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance and customs clearance.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping is available wherever applicable and will be indicated at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges apply and will be displayed at checkout based on destination.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only within India.
  • An additional INR 100 convenience fee applies for COD orders.
  • COD is not available for international shipments.

7. Packaging & Safety

  • All orders are shipped in durable, tamper-proof packaging to ensure products reach you in perfect condition.
  • Our packaging is secure and transit-safe for both domestic and international shipments.

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their order and ensuring availability at the delivery location.

9. Delivery Requirements

  • Please provide accurate recipient details, including full name, complete address, landmark, PIN code, email, and contact number.
  • Deliveries will be made only to residential or workplace addresses. We do not deliver to public places such as malls, hotels, hostels, or street handovers.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us.

10. Address Changes

  • You may request a change to the shipping address before dispatch by contacting contact@toshakajewellers.com with your order details.
  • Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events
  • Customs clearance delays for international orders
  • Inaccurate or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

12. Inspection, Parcel Opening Video & Claims

To protect your interests and help us process claims promptly:

  • Inspect the parcel before signing for delivery.
  • If you notice damage, tampering, or missing items, record a clear parcel opening video from the moment you start opening the package until the product is fully unboxed.
  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@toshakajewellers.com with:
  1. Your order number
  2. The parcel opening video
  3. Photographs showing the damage or missing items
  4. Claims without a parcel opening video may not be accepted.
  5. Failure to report issues within 72 hours will void eligibility for replacements or refunds.

13. Non-Receipt of Order

If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not physically received your parcel:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of the delivery update.
  • We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner and aim to resolve the matter within 7 working days.

14. International Shipments & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees charged by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

15. Policy Updates

We may update or amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised version.
