2. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to multiple countries worldwide, depending on the service coverage of our delivery partners.
  • All orders are shipped via trusted international courier networks.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

International

  • Estimated delivery: 15 working days from dispatch (T+15 schedule).
  • Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance and customs clearance.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for international orders will be displayed at checkout based on destination.
  • All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
    • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
    • These charges must be paid directly to customs authorities or the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Customs & Import Regulations

  • Customs policies vary from country to country; please check your local rules before ordering.
  • We are not responsible for delays or confiscation of goods caused by non-compliance with your country’s import laws.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the cost of return shipping and any applicable duties will be deducted from your refund.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking ID and link.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

8. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are shipped in durable, tamper-proof, and secure packaging to ensure safe delivery during international transit.
  • Packaging is discreet to minimise the risk of theft during shipment.

9. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

    • Your order number
    • A parcel opening video showing the full unboxing process
    • Photographs of the product and packaging
    • Claims without the required video proof may not be accepted.

10. Cancellations

  • International orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

11. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping details, including recipient’s full name, address, email, and contact number.
  • Be available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.
