Simply browse our collections, select your desired product, choose any available options (such as size or colour), and click Add to Cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets.

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for orders within India only, with an additional convenience fee of INR 100. COD is not available for international orders.

Q. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Q. How long does delivery take?

  • Within India: Estimated 5–7 working days from dispatch.
  • International Orders: Estimated 15 working days from dispatch (subject to customs clearance and courier performance).

Q. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email or SMS you a tracking ID so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

Q. Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for products that are clearly marked as ‘Returnable’ or ‘Exchangeable’ in their product description, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy for details.

Q. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Personalised or customised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Additionally, any product that is not stated as returnable or exchangeable in its product description will also be considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Q. How do I request a cancellation?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to make a cancellation request. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may still request a return within 7 days of delivery (for eligible items).

No, we specialise in high-quality imitation jewellery that replicates the beauty of real jewellery while being affordable and versatile.
