2. Order Cancellations by the Customer
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, only products marked as ‘Returnable’ or ‘Exchangeable’ in their description will be eligible for return or exchange as per our policy.
- Personalised or customised jewellery is non-cancellable under any circumstances, as these items are made specifically to your order.

3. Order Cancellations by Toshaka Jewellers
We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Product out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product description errors
- Quality issues identified during inspection
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, etc.)
If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. International Order Cancellations
For international orders, cancellations are allowed only before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, and our no-return policy for international shipments will apply.
5. Refunds for Cancellations
- All refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- For COD orders cancelled before shipment, no refund is applicable since no payment was collected at the time of order.
6. Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted from your account but the order was not successfully placed, the payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund to the same account. Such refunds typically take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
