1. Introduction

At Toshaka Jewellers, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange an item. This policy explains the terms, conditions, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By placing an order on www.toshakajewellers.com (“Platform”), you agree to the terms outlined here, which should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange only for products that are marked as ‘Returnable’ or ‘Exchangeable’ in their product description, and if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The product is free from signs of wear, alteration, or customer-caused damage.
  • Earrings are returnable like any other product.
  • Exclusion: Personalized or customised jewellery is non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange via:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Parcel opening video and photographs (if damaged/defective)

4. Return Process (Within India)

  1. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a courier pick-up from your address.
  2. Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with tags intact.
  3. Handover the package to the courier agent as scheduled.

5. Partial Returns

  • If you purchased multiple items, you may return only the specific items you no longer want, provided they meet our return conditions.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for products that are marked as “Exchangeable” in their product description.
Eligible exchanges may be requested in the following cases:

  • Same product in a different size or colour (if available)
  • Replacement for defective or damaged items

Conditions:

  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange.
  • If the requested size/colour is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Post-exchange, the product may still be returned if it is marked as “Returnable” and the request meets the standard return conditions.

7. Handling Fees

  • A small handling fee may apply for certain returns/exchanges, depending on the product and reason for return.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival), no handling fee will be charged.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via online payment methods only (bank transfer or UPI).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • For COD orders, we will request your bank or UPI details for refund.

9. Inspection & Video Proof Requirement

  • All returned items undergo a quality check.
  • If a product is found used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags, the refund will be denied and the item will be sent back to you.
  • For damaged, defective, or missing item claims, you must provide a clear parcel opening video showing the full unboxing process from the moment you start opening the package until the product is fully visible. Claims without this video may be rejected.

10. International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

11. Non-Receipt of Refund

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank/UPI account.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider.
  • If still unresolved, email us at contact@toshakajewellers.com with your order details.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Exchange & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
